Hosting and shop system
This shop runs on Shopify (Shopify International Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). Shopify processes personal data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. When you visit the shop, your browser transmits data such as IP address, browser type, date and time of the request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating the shop securely.
Orders
To process an order we collect name, address, email address and, where applicable, phone number and payment data. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b GDPR. We pass the data to the shipping service provider and to the payment provider as far as necessary. Retention follows commercial and tax law periods of six and ten years.
Cookies
The shop uses cookies that are technically necessary for the shopping cart and checkout. Further cookies are only set with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
