Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this online shop. The contracting party is:

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the order button you place a binding order. The contract comes into effect with our order confirmation.

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT, plus shipping costs which are shown before the order is completed. Models under 65 cm in length are sent as a parcel, models from 65 cm by forwarding agent. For forwarding shipments the conditions stated during the order process apply; delivery is to the kerbside.

4. Payment

The payment methods offered during the order process apply.

5. Delivery

Models are made by hand to order. The usual delivery time is 8 to 10 weeks from receipt of order; the delivery time for an individual item is stated on its product page. Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable for you and cause no additional shipping costs.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in our withdrawal policy.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty law applies. As every model is made by hand, variations in grain, shade and detailing are not defects.

9. Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
