Section 1 Scope

Section 2 Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in this online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the button "Buy now", you place a binding order. The purchase contract comes into effect with our order confirmation or with the dispatch of the goods.

Section 3 Prices and shipping costs

All prices shown are final prices and include statutory VAT, plus shipping costs, which are stated before the order is completed.

Models up to 65 cm in length are sent as parcels, from 12.90 EUR. Models from 65 cm are delivered by forwarding agent to the kerbside: 119.90 EUR within Germany, 199.00 EUR within the European Union, 229.90 EUR to Switzerland and 1,229.90 EUR overseas.

Section 4 Payment

The payment methods offered during the order process apply. For payment in advance by bank transfer, the order is placed with the workshop once the payment has arrived.

Section 5 Delivery

Every model is built to order. The delivery time is 8 to 10 weeks and begins once the order has been confirmed, and in the case of payment in advance once the payment has arrived. Partial deliveries are permitted where this is reasonable for you; you incur no additional shipping costs as a result.

Section 6 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

Section 7 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy.

Section 8 Warranty

Statutory liability for defects applies. Each model is made by hand, so slight variations in grain, colour and finish are characteristic of the product and do not constitute a defect.
