Shipping and Delivery

Delivery time

Every model is made by hand to order. The usual delivery time is 8 to 10 weeks from receipt of order. We will let you know as soon as your model is on its way.

Shipping method

Models under 65 cm in length are sent as a parcel. Models from 65 cm are too bulky for parcel service and are delivered by forwarding agent to the kerbside. The forwarder will arrange a delivery date with you by phone, so please provide a number you can be reached on.

Packaging

Every model travels in a wooden crate with internal padding. The matching wooden base is included in the price.

Transport damage

Please check the shipment on delivery. Report any visible damage to the driver and to us straight away, that makes the claim much easier.
