Delivery time
The models are in stock at the manufacturer. The usual delivery time is about 2 weeks from receipt of order. We inform you as soon as your model is on its way. We only name a date we can actually hold.
Shipping method
Models under 65 cm in length are sent as an insured DHL parcel. Models from 65 cm are too bulky for parcel service and travel on a pallet with a forwarding agent, delivered to the kerbside. The forwarder arranges a delivery date with you by phone, so please give us a number you can be reached on.

All amounts include VAT and are shown again in the cart before you complete the order.

Packaging
Every model travels in a wooden crate with internal padding. The matching wooden base is included in the price. Please keep the crate for 14 days, you need it if you withdraw from the contract.
Payment
You can pay by credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Which methods are offered to you is shown in the last step of the checkout. We charge no surcharge for any payment method.
Customs and import VAT
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duty and import VAT are borne by the recipient. These amounts are not included in the price and are levied by the customs authority of the destination country.
Damage in transit
Please check the shipment on delivery. Report visible damage to the driver, note it on the delivery note and tell us within 7 days at info@worldmodelships.com. That makes the claim much easier and costs you nothing.
